Job Summary
The role performs a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and analytical tasks.
It primarily captures accounting data into organisation’s information system (SAP) & Excel from various source documents. The role requires an accounting background and good excel skills.
Job description
Daily enter financial data (sales & purchase invoices) into SAP accounting software
Post expenses into SAP from various source documents
Post bank statements into SAP
Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts
Compile reports and summaries on activity areas as assigned by line manager
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
