The matter against a former Portuguese banker has been postponed in the Verulam magistrate’s court.
Joao de Oliveira Rendeiro was arrested in November by Interpol after fleeing Portugal following his conviction and sentence in a multi-million fraud case.
The matter has been postponed to next week where the extradition process is set to begin.
