What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Responsible for finding and securing new business and doing your own prospecting and cold calling.
Excel at generating and qualifying leads, have high energy levels and endurance.
Meeting with existing clients on a regular basis;
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients;
Responding to clients briefs timeously;
Sending out new sites and special opportunities to clients;
Managing bookings (Contracts, CI, PO);
Sourcing new clients;
Visiting various shopping malls on a regular basis to source new clients;
Through mall tenants, securing meetings with national head-offices
Visit and/or contact surrounding businesses of shopping malls;
Pro-active selling based on seasons, major events and holidays.
Visiting centre management on a regular basis (build and maintain good relationship).Informing mall of flighting’s
Following up on flighting
Taking regular flighting pics when visiting the mall
Preparing Weekly sales reports and meeting schedule
Keeping management regularly updated
Prepare monthly landlord reports
Attending Sales Meetings
Sending sales and operational updates to landlords
Candidate Requirements
Boxes to tick…
Matric
Advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Direct Sales Experience
Proficient in English
Valid driver’s license and Reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
