EVOL Operator wanted immediately: Salary R11 000 per month

EVOL Operator will be responsible for Setting machine according to job card or CTI line up within target setup times and accuracy

Duties:

Carry out root cause analysis of operational problems such as jam ups, poor stripping, dimensional variations, register variations, etc. using first principles.
Make sure that the correct pallet labels are printed, and that the info corresponds with CTI.
Run the machine efficiently and make sure that the product meets the exacting quality standards and is on time and in full.
Follow all ISO in process procedures.
Communicate with Planning, and QC.
Apply Autonomous maintenance and be pro-active by reporting faults

Minimum Requirements:

Understand and Apply First Principles
Must beSETA trade tested or RPL equivalent
Must be computer literate to use CTI and ABACA software.
Must be able to print job cards and pallet cards.
Must be able to work under pressure and be a problem solver.
Must be able to lead a team and make decisions.
