Conference & Events Manager:
A well-established Tourism Company based in Green Point are looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Conference & Events Manager.
This post is responsible for managing, monitoring and dealing with clientele, staff and supplier processes as well as the administration thereof
Skills & Experience
5 to 8 years relevant experience in management of a large Travel Management / event management Company
Proven track record in operations management
Financial skills with the ability to compile budgets and financial reports
Excellent communication and report writing skill
System experience (Quicktrav /Paper Trail advantageous)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, influencer and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of Conference & Events operations and administrative workflow structures and processes.
Portray passion about the business’ mission, values and purpose.
Salary:
R18000 – R25000
