Five Star, Internationally renowned wine estate has an opportunity for a well experienced Elite Events manager. You will take charge of the operational planning & co-ordinating of special events, assessing client’s needs & requirements, manage and co-ordinate all logistics including Menu tasting, and ensuring that everything are running according to expectation on the day of the events.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in management of Elite Events

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Hotel management or relevant

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an Events Planning role

Experience in a Five Star Dining environment is essential

Ability to manage people

Knowledge of Protel system will be advantageous

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Own transport is essential
