The court case involving Gupta associate Iqbal Sharma, his brother-in-law, Dinesh Patel, and three senior Free State government officials is postponed to October.
They face fraud and money laundering charges and are accused of defrauding the Free State Agriculture Department of almost R25m in 2011.
