Enhle Mbali to star in a new Showmax film Thokoza
Actress Enhle Mbali is set to star in a new Showmax film titled Loving Thokoza. The star will play Charlotte Grootboom a young teacher at an apartheid-ravaged school in Thokoza, who she fights to set up a feeding scheme and a debating society.
Enhle shared the trailer on social media saying in part; “Meet Charlotte Grootboom. Lived in a time where a promise of freedom was daily bread. Loved this character. 20 May on @showmaxonline.
Loving Thokoza is Lockdown creator Mandla N‘s first feature film which was filmed in 9 days and is 90 minutes long. It also stars Hamilton Dlamini, Mduduzi Mabaso. Loving Thokoza will debut on 20 May 2020 on Showmax.
