Requirements:

FAIS compliant
Civil engineering degree is a must.
Insurance knowledge / experience would be an advantage
Product knowledge and knowledge of wordings is a must
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
Must have good negotiation skills including initiative
Must be client focused and very service orientated
Must be technically proficient
Must be able to analyse and assess risks
Must have attention to detail
Must have good communication skills
Must be a team player
