Ekurhuleni clinic closes after nurse tests positive for COVID-19

The Duduza Clinic in Ekurhuleni has closed indefinitely after a nurse tested positive for COVID-19. She allegedly attended a prayer breakfast at the Divine Restoration Ministries in Bloemfontein in March.

More than 60 churchgoers who attended the church gathering have since tested positive for the virus. ACDP’s Reverend Kenneth Meshoe also attended and tested positive.

Staff at the clinic who displayed symptoms have been tested and are self-isolating as they await their results. The nurse has been placed under quarantine. Coronavirus Hotline Number: 0800 029 999 from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
