A decision on the case involving Springboks lock Eben Etzebeth is expected on Monday.
The Human Rights Commission will discuss a legal opinion on the Equality Court case involving Etzebeth.
He’s accused of hurling racial slurs at patrons at a pub in Langebaan.
The commission — on behalf of claimants — took Etzebeth to court, suing him for R1-million.
Etzebeth wants the decision to move the case to the equality court reviewed.
The commission says the legal opinion will be presented to the commissioners.
It says it will have the outcome later on Monday.
