A well-established Construction Company with a national footprint requires the services of self-motivated and committed individuals for the following vacancy:

Earthmoving Workshop Manager

Requirements:

Trade Test Red Seal Certificate
Preferably 15 years’ experience with 8 being in a similar position.
Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word) and Buildsmart
Basic knowledge of financial management and cost control
Business report writing skills – process numerical and text data
Knowledge of plant applications in the construction industry
Relevant legislation and regulations: Knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001 & 18001)
Procurement of spares
Preventative maintenance and maintenance planning
Improve machinery availability
Planning and delegation of duties
Team management skills
Logical problem solving and error detection techniques
Manage breakdowns on site and in workshop
Must have diesel and petrol experience

Candidate Requirements
Only candidates with ALL the minimum requirements will be considered. All short-listed candidates will be required to present a Portfolio of Evidence and may be required to undergo psychometric profile assessment.
