Gauteng: At 22H50 Saturday night, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on Topaz Avenue in Kloofendal Johannesburg.
Reports indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle, an adult male, lost control, resulting in the vehicle rolling several times.
As the vehicle came to a standstill, the car burst into flames while the driver was still seated in the car.
Fortunately the driver, also the only occupant, escaped injury with seconds to spare. The car however was completely destroyed.
