Driver detained after Metro Police find cigarettes


A man has been detained in the Western Cape after Metro Police found contraband cigarettes during a roadblock. The Cape Town Metro Police pulled the vehicle over and the occupants failed to produce a permit. Police then conducted a full search and found sweets, chips and some groceries.
