Motswana disk jockey, producer and entrepreneur based in Johannesburg, DJ Fresh, born Thabiso Sikwane, has quickly become one of Africa’s most sought-after DJs. Over the years, he has headlined several shows across the globe and made Europe his playground.
Despite his illustrious career, DJ Fresh’s love life often thrusts him into top trends.
The celebrated radio host and podcaster is making headlines after his cosy video with celebrated painter and artist Sina Kleemann made rounds on social media.
Barely a few months after DJ Fresh revealed that he doesn’t want to date, reports have it that he has found love in Kleemann’s arms. Against the rumours, controversial blogger Musa Khawula seemingly revealed that the two are dating in an X post.
However, the two are yet to confirm their rumoured relationship openly. Judging from their social media feeds, the two are living it up in Ibiza, an Island in the Mediterranean Sea.

In February 2022, DJ Fresh made headlines when he confirmed his split from Thabiso Sikwane after 20 years of marriage. The two separated three years before making it official. They said they were already finalising their divorce when they went public about their split.
DJ Fresh, who had built an empire with his ex-wife, confirmed that the split was amicable. He revealed that the two still loved each other and had no drama. DJ Fresh and Thabiso married in 2002 after meeting at YFM.
They were once dubbed the ‘it couple’ in celebrity circles before going their separate ways after 20 years of marriage.
Alleged relationships
Actress Mapaseka Koetle
In 2023, DJ Fresh was rumoured to be in a relationship with actress Mapaseka Koetle. Their alleged affair made rounds in May 2023 after their alleged baecation in Seychelles.
The two shared photos from the same holiday destination, and Mzansi quickly connected the dots about their alleged affair. However, the two blue-ticked the rumours. DJ Fresh revealed he was single a few months later, confusing many.
Khumo Kgwaadira
However, earlier this year, DJ Fresh downplayed rumours that he was in a relationship with celebrated media personality Khumo Kgwaadira from Botswana. The news made headlines after their photos together circulated.
However, the photos were from the Botswana Musicians Union (BOMU) awards, which the two hosted.
