REQUIREMENTS:
High school with dispatch related experience
Knowledge of Safe working procedures, food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
Must have good vision
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure
Attention to detail, working with a sense of urgency and ability to handle pressure
DUTIES
Ensure the full functionality of all machines
Ensure machinery is utilized to full capacity and in working order
Planned maintenance executed and improved operational efficiency at all machines assigned to the position
Replacement and maintenance cost reduced for all machines assigned to the position
Ensure execution of preventative and emergency maintenance as per job cards
Electrical and mechanical overhauls
Rewiring of electrical machinery with a view of effecting improvements
Overhaul spare/old machinery to be available when breakdowns occur
Maintain and set up new machines
Assist Production on daily maintenance orders
Assist QA regarding audit requirements
Salary: RNeg dependent on and expertise
