A new Tech start-up company seeks to employ a delivery Driver

We are looking to hire a reliable delivery driver who ensures transporting food items in a safe and timely manner. The driver will be responsible to pick up and deliver food items to elite customers who made an order for home delivery. Your communication with customers should always be clear and professional.

Your duties involve ensuring timely delivery of parcels on the assigned route, conducting an inspection of the vehicle before and after trip, reviewing deliveries with customers to ensure food parcels meet their needs, loading, and unloading parcels from your vehicle and supporting daily operations of online delivery.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, and Experience):

· Matric Certificate (preferred not essential)

· 3 Years’ experience within the tourism industry

· Valid driver’s license.

· Clean driving record.

· Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.

· Experience as a delivery driver.

· Own Car which is neat and licensed

· Sober Habits

Required Competencies:

· Strong time management and customer service skills.

· Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.

· Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong command of the English Language

· Neat and Presentable

· Willingness to go the extra mile
