Purpose of the Job:
* Delivering and collecting equipment (Routers and VOIP) to new/existing clients of Webafrica
* Meeting daily delivery targets
* Application of technical knowledge of hardware and software concepts and installation
Requirements:
Minimum requirements
* 1 year customer service experience
* 2 years driving experience
* Unendorsed Code B valid driver’s license
* Basic Hardware and software configuration
* Matric
* ADSL experience would be an advantage
* Experience in an ISP environment will be advantageous
Ideal Requirements
* Excellent driving skills
* Ability to work under pressure & manage several priorities at a time
* Good communicator
* Being courteous and professional at all times
* Ability to up-skill and learn independently
* Ability to work independently and in a team
