Delivery Crew Driver Assistant wanted immediately: Salary R3 500 to R4 500 per month
The purpose of job
Is to assist the driver of driver as crew assistant primarily responsible for offloading of goods at the customers, and ensure stock is loaded on daily basis.
The appointee should:
Be in possession of valid Grade 12 qualification
Have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience as delivery crew assistant
Have valid Code 14 License and PDP
Exhibit good written and oral skills (English)
Have good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Be willing to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for offloading of truck at customers
Ensure the truck is loaded for everyday for delivery
Responsible to keep travel kilometres of truck records (Vehicle and stock)
Clean trucks as required.
Ensure even weight distribution and not overloading of trucks.
Maintain daily records of all deliveries and collections (ensure all paperwork is completed by the clients and handed to your supervisor
On-time delivery
Ensure accurate administration of loading documentation
Check accuracy of load according to documentation
Use of Truck Crane when required Vehicle checklist
