SA COVID-19: 1 634 new cases and 34 deaths recorded

The number of COVID-19 cases in South Africa has increased by 1,634.

The total number of active cases in the country now stands at 50,701.

Most new cases are in KwaZulu Natal, followed by the Western Cape.

The death toll has increased by 34 to 87,001.

Currently, more than 2,758,000 people have recovered from the pandemic.

The positivity rate stands at 6,6 percent.

She kept her pregnancy a secret up until a few weeks before she was due to give birth. Singer and songwriter Zandie Khumalo-Gumede eventually opened up about her baby bump through an Instagram post on her page.
