An Innovative Real Estate Firm based in Randburg, Johannesburg seeks a motivated sales person that enjoys meeting people and solving problems and making money.
The Property Purchaser is responsible for handling and overseeing the purchasing of properties from motivated sellers, through the appropriate processes to achieve optimum price and value while maintaining superior quality consistent with Quick Buy values.

Who are we?
We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in “as is” condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform property market analysis to estimate property values
Build rapport with and contact potential clients/sellers
Determine clients needs and financials requirement and propose solutions that suit them
Understand sellers’ requirements and match requirements to Quick Buy criteria
Provide guidance to and assist prospective clients to sell their properties
Facilitate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, to ensure fair and honest dealings
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, and briefing papers to rest of company)
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly call-out plans, and monthly contracting stats
Required Skills:

Google Suite familiarity

You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
You must remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications and experience:
A least a Grade12 certificate. Post matric qualification will receive preference
At least 5 years proven track record of high performing sales
Previous experience in property or real estate advantageous
Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle.
Own reliable laptop.
Own reliable smartphone.
Live in greater Randburg/Roodepoort Area OR Soweto.
Must enjoy talking to people and solving problems.
Must be able to learn aspects of contracts and finance.
Must be obviously preoccupied with signing good property contracts
