Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job (describe Major Responsibilities)
Adhere to environment, health and safety programmes and requirements
Keep HR records up to date with Epiroc Head Office
Time and attendance control
Arrangements of employee and visitor medicals, inductions and permits
Order Consumables, Stationery, and PPE when required
Processing of all related purchase requisitions
Expedite missing documents with responsible people
Ensure invoice information is given to the Planner for final invoicing
Do all applicable filing according to the Epiroc way
Handle all staff’s leave applications
Maintain employee files
Morning Line up meetings (Caucus) attendance register
Maintain Cellphone List
Maintain LDV List
Maintain invoice file
Monthly Payroll
Monthly Presentation (inputs to monthly management presentation)
Maintain Training and Medical/Induction board as required (incl Training matrix)
Assist Management if there is any requirement
After hours standby as and when required
Proper housekeeping
Ensure to comply with the customer’s procedures and safety
Follow up on Passport 360 / Keep foreman updated
Will carry out any other function or duty as may be required in terms of “The Epiroc Way”
support SCIMITAR implementation –
Required Skills and Capabilities
A good knowledge and understanding of Epiroc procedures
Administration background
Be self-managed and work independently when required.
Good time-management skills.
Interpersonal skills to work with the client, internal and external customers, and suppliers.
Computer literate on MS Office and Lotus Notes
Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
Experience in Procurement / Purchasing and invoicing of services
Educational Qualification
Grade 12
