a detailed curriculum vitae and cover letter (please note that the first three (3) referees on your CV will be contacted with regard to reference checking);
certified copies (not older than 3 months) of all academic records;
certified copies (not older than 3 months) of qualifications (please provide the SAQA accreditation in the case of foreign qualifications);

Duties and responsibilities:
Capture data on electronic systems.
Analyse data.
Prepare graphs on data captured.
Write reports on data captured.
Assist with general office administration and reception.
Book appointments on medical system.
Capture of patient information on electronic systems.
Receive money for payments where applicable.
Travel to Qwaqwa to assist with data capturing where necessary.

Inherent requirements:
Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF level 4
Drivers licence
One (1) to two (2) years relevant experience related to the duties and responsibilities as set out above.

Recommendations:
At least two years’ experience in data capturing and reporting.

Required competencies:
Computer Literacy.
Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Proficiency in Internet use.
Must be able to work accurate and effectively.
Good planning skills.
Ability to work independently and to function under pressure.
Able to work in a team.
Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to function with ease in the University’s environment.
Must be able to travel independently between UFS Campuses.

Assumption of duties:
As soon as possible.
