Duties & Responsibilities

Customer-orientated alignment and optimization of internal processes in Customer Services
Oversee and manage customer order deliveries, including alignment of internal processes among Sales, PM Control and Packaging
Oversee and manage logistics procedures, including coordination with various suppliers and service
implementation and execution of Sales, Customer services and logistics procedures in SAP by Sales and Customer Service departments at facility
Work together with Sales and other departments to ensure that the needs of customers are met as it relates to orders, complaints, quotations and/or other relevant topics
Check and sign off invoices received from logistics service providers and communicate these for payment to Finance department
Check and authorize E-synergy requests and SOs, POs, and invoices in SAP/Exact
Ensure high levels of Customer satisfaction
Ensure customer pool accounts are kept up to date
Manage and control filing and administration related to Sales and Customer service and Logistics to ensure filling is kept complete, up to date and in order with the goal to minimize paper filing and optimize electronic filing

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric with Mathematics
n-depth and up to date knowledge of local import and export legislation, requirements and procedures (advantageous, but not essential)
Knowledge of international trade agreements (advantageous, but not essential)
Fully proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM system(s) advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Proven problem-solving ability
Able to work under pressure in a demanding environment
Self-motivated, goal orientated and assertive
Strong prioritization & time management; organizational skills
Good relationship management skills
