There is an exciting new position for a Customer Service Consultant for a courier company based in Kempton Park
Must be able to work to normal working days (Monday to Friday), Saturday is also a requirement
Must be able to work normal working hours 07:00 to 18:00 or 08:00 to 17:00
Required Skills
customer service : 1 to 2 years
call center : 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Must have
+/- 1- 2 years’ customer service/call centre experience of working specifically within a Logistics or courier companies
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Highly computer literate
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work independent
Extrovert and strong social skills
Positive and professional attitude
