As a member of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, whilst delivering a market leading customer service/experience to increase the profitability of the business and remaining committed to treating our customers fairly and ensuring continuous delivery of customer service excellence.

Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Required Skills
customer service : 1 to 2 years
contact centre : 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
MUST be able to work shifts BETWEEN Monday – Saturday

Experience Required:

· Matric with English as a first language (National Senior Certificate)

· A CLEAR credit and criminal record

· Minimum Customer Service 6 – 12 months call centre ONLY – BPO CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERNATIONAL ADVANTAGEOUS

· Minimum monthly salary market related + Shift Allowance + Weekend Bonus

· Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on KPI’s & tenure)

Baseline Staff benefits:

· Free Transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm on wards.
