Matric
A solid 3 to 5 years plus relevant experience in Customer /Client Services
Ability to communicate confidently and listen intently whilst working out how to solve problems to keep customers happy
The resilience to address customer issues calmly and to full resolution
Patience, a solutions focused and personal approach,
Excellent listening skills and natural empathy
A genuine passion for customer service
An articulate, professional telephone manner
Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
Effective time management
An openness to feedback and confidence working with others.
