We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Sandton.
Key Tasks
Assist in coaching and development to ensure all advisors are working at their best and are equipped with adequate product knowledge Recommend solutions to Customer Service issues and maintain accuracy, Liaise with other team leaders and other departments within the company to ensure an exceptional service is delivered throughout, Monitor advisors telephone calls and provide detailed feedback and targets to Customer Service Consultants in your team, Ensure the companies policies, procedures and values are fully understood and are being met on a daily basis, Act as the first point of contact for Consultants in your team, Assist consultants with complex customer complaints and escalations.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following
Matric
Three years upwards experience of leading a team. Highly adaptable, committed and accountable Ability to coach, motivate and develop others Strong leadership skills, Exemplary Customer Service skills, and telephone manor, Ability to work against and meet tight deadlines, Strongly PC literate, Ability to remain highly organized when it comes to planning ahead for tasks and rotas. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
