Manager: Debt Review (MUST currently work for a debt counselling company.)
Location: Bellville
Salary: Highly negotiable (Market related) – Candidate to please indicate salary requirements when applying.
Duties:
Manage and implement company’s objectives and operational plan of Debt Counselling department
Manage and guidance on entire operations of department
Delegate duties to team members
Monitor performance of department and team members against set targets
Performance management
Provide relevant sales reports
Handle all internal and external queries
Requirements:
Relevant diploma/degree in legal compliance, business, management or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience of which 3 years should be at a supervisory or managerial level.
A minimum of 2 years’ debt counselling process experience is required. Apply Now
