Customer Care Consultant wanted urgently: APPLY NOW

Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12 – High School Diploma.
Relevant computer software (Syspro, Advance Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same/similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Capture all orders received form customers.
Set up customer accounts.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
National warranty claims.
Complaint entry onto Syspro.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Deal with direct product exchanges. Arrange local direct exchanges deliveries.
Assist factories with exchange orders with regards to production.
Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure and effective interface within is maintained.
Implementing continues improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery.
