Former SARS Commissioner Tom Moyane will cross-examine Pravin Gordhan at the Zondo Commission of Inquiry on 30 November.
Last year, commission chair Raymond Zondo granted Moyane permission to question the Public Enterprises Minister on his testimony.
Moyane was the one who opened a criminal case against Gordhan for the establishment of the SARS investigative unit.
Because of that, Gordhan concluded Moyane acted to serve the state capture agenda. Now, Moyane will be able to quiz Gordhan on this assumption.
