Former President Jacob Zuma says his right to freedom of speech has been infringed on for criticizing the judiciary.
Zuma has released a lengthy statement through his foundation.
He was responding to a Constitutional Court decision from last week.
Zuma says it’s his constitutional right to publicly criticise judges.
He says he’s a victim of what he labels a constitutional dictatorship.
Zuma cites the way the state capture inquiry was set up, his treatment at the inquiry, and the decisions taken by the apex court as reasons for his condemning the present state of the judiciary.
He says he will continue to fight for justice.
