Creditors Clerk urgently wanted: Salary R180 000 per year

My Client within the Manufacturing industry is looking to appoint a Creditors Clerk. The ideal Candidate will have experience with foreign currency payments and out of the ordinary transactions.

Please note that it is a full function creditors position and the applicant is required to be confident in the following areas:

Capturing invoices accurately, comparing invoices to PO’s and GRN’s;
Liaising with other departments and suppliers in order to solve queries;
Ensuring timeous payments both COD and terms;
Foreign currency experience
Able to manage creditors books over different companies
Able to sort out queries independently

Education:

Any Financial qualification
Sage experience would be beneficial
Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 Years’ experience in a creditors role
Process orientated
Able to work under pressure
Strong reconciliation skills
Strict attention to detail at all times
Hard working and willing to go the extra mile
Team player
