My client is a specialist in medical waste management. They are currently recruiting for an Administrations Supervisor / Credit Controller for their world-class facility located in Blue Downs, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.
Requirements:
Computer Literacy – Advanced Excel
Sage Evolution or similar accounting experience – non-negotiable
Attention to detail and accuracy
Sound Accounting knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly deadlines
Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience essential with strong staffing skills
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and collecting the Debtors book / Age Analysis
Daily updating of receipts in the cashbook
Invoicing and Management of the top customer portfolio
Timeous investigation and successful resolution of all outstanding queries on reconciliation
Processing/printing of invoices, sales orders, and statements
Compiling monthly sales reports
Directly accountable for four employees
Responsible for the efficient functioning of the accounts department
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation governing the industry
