SA will get enough COVID-19 vaccines: President Cyril Ramaphosa

President Cyril Ramaphosa has assured South Africans that the country will get enough COVID-19 vaccines. The president says money won’t be a problem.
An inter-ministerial committee has been set up to overlook the distribution of vaccines.
“The vaccine is going to be a major boost to our efforts in fighting COVID-19, some people have raised issues about the financing thereof and financing is not going to be a problem because we will be able to pay for these vaccines as we order them,” he said.
Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize announced earlier this month that one million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine will be rolled out in January. A further 500,000 vaccines will be received in February.
