South Africa COVID-19 death toll is 22,574. Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize, says that most are from the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal.

On Wednesday, Mkhize announced the country is experiencing a second wave on Wednesday.
