9 203 new COVID-19 cases, 418 more deaths recorded
The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) has reported 9,203 new COVID-19 cases.
A total of 418 more COVID-19 related deaths take South Africa’s death toll to 82,914.
KwaZulu-Natal remains the infection hotspot with 2,691 cases.
A total of 57,261 tests have been conducted thus far.
