Experienced Liaison Officer required to act as the central point of contact between national couriers and the Company to solve problems, questions and concerns related to outsourced transport operations, ensuring that couriers adhere to all requirements of their Service Level Agreements; collate, monitor and report on outsourced transport costs.

Responsibilities:

Courier liaison;
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements;
Manage Cost control and efficiencies;
Administration;
Project Management;

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/Transport;
2+ years’ experience in customer service within the courier/ transport environment;
Transportation/Fleet Management systems;
Project management skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage;
Driver’s license and own vehicle essential;
Extensive travel will be required.
