Former Transnet Group CEO denies corruption charges

Former Transnet Group CEO Siyabona Gama, who was arrested for corruption, has denied all charges against him.

Gama was among five suspects who handed themselves over at the Brackendowns Police station on Friday morning.

The five are accused of contravening the Public Finance Management Act, fraud, corruption, and money laundering.

The matter against the accused has been postponed to 13 June.

The NPA says more arrests are expected.
