Key Responsibility Areas
Process Electronic applications (approximately 40 pages / day).
Ensure all capturing and processing SLA’s are adhered to and maintained.
Ensure verification and data integrity is of the highest standard.
Assist external fitment centres with enter service; unit changes; De/Re; De-installations and new installation contracts.
Ensure that relevant queries are escalated and resolved for the specific fitment centers.
Ensure that all data capturing documents are archived on relevant electronic files.
Complete administration reports for management and archiving purposes.
Ensure clear communication to Fitment Centres, other departments, business partners and to management.
Assist in projects related to Contracts and Services.
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements & experience needed
Matric
Minimum Experience required: 18 months of data capturing
Knowledge and skills
Working knowledge of CRM; NOMS & MOBITECH applications
Basic Financial Practices
Strong Customer service skills
Strong data capturing the experience
Advanced Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent typing skills
Excellent verbal skills
Attention to detail
Special requirements
Able to work after hours and on weekends when requested
Working week: Monday – Friday
