Involved with the installation and servicing of;

Truck and Trailer refrigeration units.
Bus Air Conditioning units
Caro lifts (Tail lifts)
Telematics

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage Warrantee Claims with Suppliers
Manage service contracts o Approve parts and cost to be used on maintenance contracts
Plan maintenance with customers
Plan inspection with customers
Enter jobs and orders in the system
Manage Agent invoicing
Approving thereof
Entering in SysPro System
Respect, apply the Environmental Health & Safety rules and policies

Education/Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Computer literate
Good verbal and communication skills
Experience in managing contracts
Ability to multitask and handle the pressure
Able to work with Office
Strong in Excel
