Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
(includes but is not limited to)
Complete daily filter management in accordance with operational requirements
Making use of the Company’s workflow system as prescribed
Consultant Admin overflow
Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone, etc.)
“Upsell” Company services during 48-hour calls
Complete client queries call back
Provide Team Leader with daily reports/feedback, on the day’s activities and developments.
Assist Team leader with client call overflow as required
Uploading of documentation received via e-mail
Assist the client in resolve any occasional problems
Continuously improve through feedback
Attend scheduled training sessions twice a week
Qualifications
Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent
Knowledge of diverse business matters relating to the ‘Compliance’ and ‘Branding’ needs of businesses in South Africa
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software and databases
Related qualification in business administration/management or in a specialized business field will be an advantage*
Certified Management Consultant*
Not prerequisite but beneficial
