KwaZulu-Natal: At 10H41 Saturday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on an unnamed Road in Camps Drift, Pietermaritzburg.
Reports indicate that a pedestrian was struck down by a light motor vehicle.
Medics assessed the scene and found that the patient, an adult male construction worker, had sustained moderate to serious injuries.
The patient was treated on scene by advanced life support paramedics and once stabilized was transported to a nearby hospital.
