The party expelled her after she allegedly signed it up for an alliance with the SA Rainbow Alliance.
But SARA says party leader Mosiuoa Lekota was involved in the formation of the alliance.
SARA is a coalition of political parties and civil society organizations hoping to jointly contest the elections.
