Collection Officer wanted Asap: Salary R5 000 to R10 000 per month
Collecting of delinquent accounts ( from 1 day – 150 days in arrears),
Making telephonic payments arrangements with debtors on all overdue amounts,
To enforce collections on all credit products sold by Mazwe Credit,
To ensure the daily reconciliation of all the Debtors accounts
To consolidate the daily weekly and monthly collection stats,
to create and maintain external and internal relationships with customers
Preparations of inter-debtor transfer, Account closure, Adjustments and restructure of accounts
Early identification of delinquent accounts and action them according to Mazwe Collections process.
Ensure adherence to the Collections Policy
Tracing of customer using XDS information, background checks, loan documents and other paperwork or Databases
Updating of Customer information on the system to ensure correct information keeping
Loading of PTPs and ensure proper follow up on a monthly basis
Ensure weekly reporting to Team leader /management
Identify deceased, admin orders and debt review accounts and notify the responsible personnel of such accounts.
Grade 12
NQL5/Certificate
2 years collections experience
1 year customer service experience
1 Year payroll collections experience
Excellent communication skills
