Candidate Requirements
The internal client support consultant will be required to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate sales administrative duties. The following is a brief list of some of the duties you will be expected to do
Answer telephone calls promptly;
Resolve client requests, queries and problems effectively and efficiently;
Create or update client contracts and send quotations when necessary;
Follow-up with clients with outstanding contracts;
Understand client portfolios;
Assist prepare documents for client meetings.
Assisting clients with technical problems by liaising with information technology department;
This position reports to: External Client Support Consultant; Business Development Consultant; Managing Director
