Duties and Responsibilities:

To be the first line interaction with the Debtor and Clients
To ensure the clients and VVMs brand is correctly represented and upheld at all times.
To provide exceptionally professional Customer Service at all times

Requirements:
Matric
2 years experience in debt collection
Work a 45-hour contract
700 1630 Mon Fri

Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skill
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Negotiation Skill persuasive and assertive
Active Listening Skill
Time Management and personal management
Ability to react professionally to irate or abusive individuals
