Qualifications and Experience:

Matric
1-2 years’ clerical experience
Experience in the warehouse or stores will be added as an advantage

Skills and Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of general administrative processes
Good knowledge of facility layout
Basic knowledge of stock in service

Requirements:
Stock control with 100% accuracy daily.
Send all pre-swap spares requested by the sub-contractor for repairs.
Book in and swap stock returned from field technicians/sub-contractor daily and move faulty units to supply claims.
Follow up jobs booked under field support to be shipped back to the customer.

Request stock for internal technicians and do the swap out with the faulty.

Update job card with order details.
Do stock take and follow up discrepancies.
Finish all processing daily and tidy up workspace daily.
Create IR job and assign to the technician.
Book in IR job and generate stock requests and move the stock to the right location.
Ensure neat and tidy workspace always.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
