We have a position for a Junior Clerical Assistant
Daily Responsibilities :
Assist with reception relief and day to day general administrative duties
Sending and responding to emails
Dealing with queries over the phone
Assisting other members of staff in the office with administrative duties
Data entry
Filing, scanning copying and updating filing cabinets
Candidate Requirements :
? Matric Certification
? Customer centric (telephone etiquette, email manner, etc.)
? Ideally bilingual in English and Afrikaans/other African language (speech and written)
? Effective task and time management; able to prioritise and focus on the task at hand
? Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outloo
? Must have a high work ethic
? Must be a team player
