Verify all information received from contractors is correct and comply with all rules, procedures, educations, and requirements in order to submit valid and concise information on claim outcomes to Insurers.

Managing plumbing claims efficiently and with integrity whilst applying all SLA requirements, customer requirements, agreed principles, TCF legislation, SANS requirements and the plumbing practice in general whilst at the same time ensuring the claim process is as of little inconvenience as possible for the client and cost-effective for the Insurer.

Requirements:

Client orientated with strong communication and active listening skills and effective written and oral communication
Effective handling of client’s expectations with initiative and logical thinking whilst applying all relevant procedures and policies
Ability to work under pressure whilst producing quality work
Ability to pay attention to detail whilst dealing with high volumes
Dependable and reliable (job performance and attendance)
Team Player – know when to ask for assistance and be prepared to assist others
